If you are anything like me, you want to learn EVERYTHING you can about our favorite snake species. Since I am a Florida and Eastern kingsnake nerd, I THINK I have found nearly all of the most useful online resources pertaining to these snakes. You will not find any care sheets on this page, because I think a care sheet for Lampropeltis Getula has already been done to death and there are plenty of places to find information to keep your snake in a healthy habitat and within their needed parameters. It is surprisingly easy and part of the reason these are my favorite snakes to keep.
kingsnake.com - This one is really a shell of it's former glory. I don't know what happened (Facebook perhaps???) but the kingsnake forum used to be very active with a lot of knowledgeable breeders sharing information and photos of what they were keeping. It is no longer very active, however if you poke around you can still find the old posts from the 2000's where things were really active. The classifieds section was also packed with kingsnake ads back in the day. When I returned after years away I thought no one was keeping any kings anymore haha.
faunaclassifieds.com - I believe this is ran by a fellow by the name of Rich. He seems like a really cool dude, and this site was where I bought some of my first kingsnakes way back in 2007. You could find all kinds of stuff on there. The forums just like kingsnake.com have kind of died off. But the classifieds still have great animals listed by some of the great breeders.
It really is sad to see a lot of these old reliable forums dying off. Seems everyone has moved to Facebook now days with these discussions, which is heartbreaking. I deleted my facebook years ago. But I gave in and spun up a new one with the main reason being to join some of the snake groups. So if you're looking for discussions on kings check out some of the Facebook groups.

sierra-snakes.weebly.com - I LOVE this site. I swear if I ever purchase another snake it will very likely come from Jorge. His site's section on Florida kingsnake morphs is the best index of the many morphs and combos I have yet to find. And believe me I have looked high and low. He has a lot of great photos and history packed on the site. It went through a major change recently so there is a lot of broken links, but I am hopeful he will eventually get time to go through and fix it all back up.
